由2020年1月20日起，「中小企業市場推廣基金」下每家企業的累計資助上限已由40萬元提高至80萬元，

企業並可就其計劃開展的出口推廣活動申請首期撥款。

優化措施適用於2020年1月20日或以後提交的申請。

中小企業市場推廣基金 (EMF)

目的

透過資助，鼓勵中小企業參與出口推廣活動，藉此協助其擴展香港境外市場

詳情

資助範圍：

• 參與香港境外展銷會／展覽會及商貿考察團
• 參與以香港境外市場為主要對象的本地展銷／展覽會
• 在以香港境外市場為主要對象的印刷貿易刊物上刊登廣告
• 通過以香港境外市場為主要對象的電子平台/媒介進行出口推廣活動，例如刊登廣告、關鍵字搜尋、上載產品資料、建立或優化網上商店等
• 建立或優化申請企業所擁有的以香港境外市場為主要對象的公司網站作出口推廣

資助額：

最高為HK$100,000或核准開支總費用的50%，以較低者為準 

累計資助額：

HK$800,000 

首期撥款：

最高可獲75%的初步核准政府資助額

申請資格及要求

按照《商業登記條例》（第310章）在香港登記，並符合由政府訂明的中小企業定義的企業在香港有實質業務運作

申請程序

有關資助申請需於

• 參與的展銷／展覽會和商貿考察團完結日；
• 刊登廣告的印刷貿易刊物出版日；
• 在電子平台／媒介進行的出口推廣活動的有關合約完結日；或
• 建立/優化申請企業擁有的公司網站的有關項目完成日後的60個曆日內，以郵遞方式或親身交往工貿署「中小企業市場推廣基金」組

Enhancements to EMF effective from 20 January 2020

With effect from 20 January 2020, the cumulative funding ceiling per enterprise under EMF has been increased from $400,000 to $800,000 and enterprises may apply for initial payment for their planned export promotion activities.  

The enhancements will apply to applications received on and after 20 January 2020. 

SME Export Marketing Fund (EMF)

Objective

To assist SMEs expand markets outside Hong Kong through funding support for their participation in export promotion activities

Details

Scope:

• Participation in trade fairs/exhibitions and business missions outside Hong Kong
• Participation in local trade fairs/exhibitions which mainly target at markets outside Hong Kong
• Advertisements on printed trade publications which mainly target at markets outside Hong Kong
• Participation in export promotion activities (such as placing advertisement, keyword search, listing product information, setting up or enhancing online shop, etc.) through electronic platforms/media which mainly target at markets outside Hong Kong
• Setting up or enhancing a corporate website of the applicant enterprise which mainly targets at markets outside Hong Kong

Funding Amount:
HK$100,000 at maximum or 50% of total approved expenditures, whichever is the less

Cumulative Funding Amount:
HK$800,000

Initial Payment:
Up to 75% of the total preliminarily approved government funding

Eligibility and Requirement

SMEs registered under the Business Registration Ordinance (Chapter 310)
Have substantive business operation in Hong Kong

Application Procedure

Completed application form and supporting documents shall be submitted to EMF Unit either in person or by post within 60 calendar days after

• completion date of the trade fair/exhibition or business mission;
• issue date of the trade publication containing the advertisement;
• completion date of the relevant contract of the export promotion activity conducted through an electronic platform/media; or
• completion date of the relevant project on setting up / enhancing the corporate website of the applicant enterprise
